Mannu Ansari raised his voice in the assembly regarding the University
SP MLA Mannu Ansari raised his voice in the district for the establishment of a university. He said in the assembly that there is an urgent need for a university in the district, as students here have to go outside for higher education, which costs a lot of money. Students from economically weaker families are deprived of higher education. The MLA told the assembly that there is twice the need for a university to be established than the number of colleges required, which already exists in Ghazipur. He said that the foundation stone for a trauma center in Mohammadabad was laid during the socialist party’s government, which has now been built, but due to the lack of doctors and health facilities, the treatment work has not started, causing a lot of inconvenience to the people of the area. People have to spend a lot of money to take the injured to Varanasi or Maun for treatment. He said that during the summer season, farmers have to rely on tube wells for irrigation, but due to deteriorating wires, low voltage, and faulty transformers, these tube wells are causing heavy losses to the farmers. He demanded that an electricity substation be established in Mohammadabad Bhawarkol, so that the problem can be solved.
